Patty Bulanda has lived in the Chicago area all of her life and currently resides in Lake Villa, Illinois, fulfilling the dream of "lake life". She comes from a sales background in the printing industry and owned her own brokerage company for over 12 years. She brings her communication and negotiation skills to bear when working with her real estate clients.


Patty Bulanda attended Illinois State University and earned a degree in Marketing. Her education contributes to her ability to superbly market properties and negotiate their sale.

Patty Bulanda is married and enjoys spending time with her Husband, two grown children and their large dog Kobe. She is also an accomplished equestrian and loves spending time in the barn with the horses.
